The guys react to Michael Malone officially landing at North Carolina, breaking down what it means for both college basketball and Malone’s future. They also dive into The Masters with picks and longshots, revisit the NCAA Tournament and why the women’s game may now be better than the men’s, and look at a big weekend for the Nuggets and Avalanche. Plus, what Rockies attendance says about the current state of the franchise.
The show opens with The Masters as Tom Green, Woody Paige and Ron Zappolo make their picks and discuss the absence of Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson. The guys break down Bryson DeChambeau, Jon Rahm and Ludvig Åberg, while debating whether Augusta still favors experience or if younger players are ready to take over.
The conversation shifts to the NCAA Tournament, including Michigan’s championship win and whether the tournament now delivers better early-round games than finals. Michael Malone officially landing at North Carolina becomes a major talking point, with debate over how an NBA coach fits in today’s transfer-driven college landscape.
The women’s tournament takes center stage, with strong reactions to Geno Auriemma and Dawn Staley, and a discussion about whether the women’s game has surpassed the men’s. The guys also highlight Colorado’s Lauren Betts and the impact she’s had on the national stage.
A huge weekend for Colorado sports leads into the Nuggets, including the Jokic vs. Wembanyama matchup, playoff positioning, and whether Denver can secure a top seed. The Avalanche goalie situation is also debated, with Mackenzie Blackwood and Scott Wedgewood both in the mix heading into the postseason.
The show wraps with the Rockies, reacting to low attendance numbers and what it says about the fan base, while also noting the team’s offensive production and outlook moving forward.

00;00;01;10 - 00;00;36;05
Tom Green
Welcome to Butler Cabin. We had to get the after the horn underway early today because I have to get back for the, champions dinner. Hey, we're also going to talk about, Michael Malone, and he's decided to go, in a way, that's made Danny Hurley so happy. College basketball coaching.
00;00;36;08 - 00;00;58;00
Ron Zappolo
Hi, everybody. Bronze Apollo, Tom green, Woody Paige after the horn. Jim Nantz covered a lot over here in the open. But before we start, let's just let's get everything out on the table. I got up this morning in a great mood. Right. And I turn on the TV very early. And I saw the according to our president, the end of civilization can come tonight.
00;00;58;00 - 00;01;10;11
Ron Zappolo
So I think we better enjoy the show, because I didn't know if he was talking about ours or somebody else's. And then I knew that because of that, Tom was going to go into his closet and bring out the heavy hitting.
00;01;10;15 - 00;01;17;15
Tom Green
I couldn't remember the year I won it, but I just remember the feeling when they put this jacket on me. I mean, it was one of the great feelings.
00;01;17;15 - 00;01;18;11
Ron Zappolo
That it was.
00;01;18;13 - 00;01;25;21
Woody Paige
Yeah, I've been to the Masters 32 times. I've never won, but I did win one America's Cup and.
00;01;25;22 - 00;01;27;27
Tom Green
In the sport coat. Ron, where's your jacket?
00;01;28;00 - 00;01;36;21
Ron Zappolo
You know, you guys, we got an America's Cup. We got 70 by Stavros. And I'm over here looking like a guy on the cape. Actually, this.
00;01;36;21 - 00;01;39;06
Tom Green
One is from the Stadler collection. Oh.
00;01;39;09 - 00;01;46;09
Ron Zappolo
Well, yeah, I can see that a little, kind of roomy with short arms. I get it.
00;01;46;11 - 00;01;57;08
Tom Green
So the master's getting getting ready to jump underway, and, you know, there's so much. Well, I'm trying to think, because the talk going in is really about who's not there when you start with Tiger and Phil.
00;01;57;11 - 00;02;00;06
Ron Zappolo
You know, the first time since 91, I think it's.
00;02;00;06 - 00;02;11;15
Tom Green
Been a while, but who do you like? And I think because of the live tour, we've it's become more difficult to handicap the field because you have guys who are great players who've been out of sight, out of mind.
00;02;11;16 - 00;02;12;11
Ron Zappolo
I like a live guy.
00;02;12;12 - 00;02;14;23
Tom Green
We're winning easier. Well, yeah, there are there.
00;02;14;23 - 00;02;20;18
Ron Zappolo
I think there's one guy that can run it. Yeah, yeah. Bryson DeChambeau.
00;02;20;21 - 00;02;22;16
Tom Green
I think a lot of it is either the betting.
00;02;22;16 - 00;02;31;00
Ron Zappolo
I don't know if he's the betting favorite. I somebody told me yesterday, Scheffler is the favorite and this surprised me Jon Rahm.
00;02;31;03 - 00;02;31;29
Tom Green
Well he's wanted.
00;02;32;01 - 00;02;36;19
Ron Zappolo
He's won. It was the second favorite then Rory. And then it kind of just.
00;02;36;23 - 00;02;42;29
Woody Paige
Here's I'm I'm going to be a-rod's polo NCAA basketball term like that guy.
00;02;43;00 - 00;02;43;20
Ron Zappolo
Oh okay.
00;02;43;23 - 00;02;47;20
Woody Paige
We're possibly 8 or 9 where I was going to have Michigan.
00;02;47;20 - 00;02;49;06
Speaker 3
Did you know.
00;02;49;08 - 00;02;52;00
Woody Paige
Yeah I think they're older. I got a lot.
00;02;52;03 - 00;02;53;21
Ron Zappolo
Closer than me.
00;02;53;23 - 00;03;21;29
Woody Paige
This is the year for the unknown. Somebody is going to come out. We've seen young players playing extremely well to begin the season, win tournaments. I really think the 32 years that I sent that was there, that there were so many advantages to the Arnold Palmer's and Jack Nicklaus because they knew the course so well, knew where not to hit the ball more so than where to hit them.
00;03;21;29 - 00;03;23;16
Tom Green
When to move and when to.
00;03;23;20 - 00;03;38;04
Woody Paige
But I think now the young players are not as antagonized by the course. They're not as scared of the course. I think that it's going to be somebody that my prediction is somebody you can't, believe. Will you go like.
00;03;38;04 - 00;03;46;19
Tom Green
A young guy who hasn't done it yet is Ludwig Oberg. And every week you play a couple rounds where you go, I don't know who's going to beat him, but.
00;03;46;19 - 00;03;51;20
Woody Paige
I'm going to put a $5 bill on on our empty coffee table for the two of you.
00;03;51;20 - 00;03;54;17
Ron Zappolo
Is it our coffee table or is it like everybody here?
00;03;54;17 - 00;03;58;19
Woody Paige
It's everybody. Community coffee, you know, community. We went out and bought it with their own money.
00;03;58;19 - 00;03;59;24
Ron Zappolo
Yes. And. And what.
00;03;59;27 - 00;04;28;18
Woody Paige
Else uses? But I will get here. There's a guy that one term, but I was there in 82. I think it was 82 or 84 that he wanted from University of Houston. Fred Couples. Yeah. Who is, his best friend is Jim Nantz. It's a good friend of mine, but I predict that Fred Couples will actually shoot in the 60s in the first round.
00;04;28;25 - 00;04;35;15
Woody Paige
And you go, he's like 68 now. Yeah. Every year at the Masters, he has the first two rounds.
00;04;35;15 - 00;04;42;11
Tom Green
If you want to get an old guy who could win, though, Justin Rose would be your guy. He's been playing for many years.
00;04;42;15 - 00;04;47;08
Ron Zappolo
You know, it's amazing that you call him an old guy. He's like, he's early 40s. I think he's 45.
00;04;47;08 - 00;04;48;09
Woody Paige
Maybe 48 is.
00;04;48;11 - 00;04;52;00
Ron Zappolo
Yeah, I think you can. We have our crack staff. Check that out.
00;04;52;00 - 00;04;54;06
Tom Green
Get the Justin Rose goes a Patrick.
00;04;54;08 - 00;04;58;27
Ron Zappolo
Can you look at the age of Justin Rose?
00;04;58;29 - 00;05;01;15
Natasha
And check he is 45 years old. Yeah.
00;05;01;16 - 00;05;02;17
Woody Paige
See?
00;05;02;19 - 00;05;03;22
Speaker 3
So?
00;05;03;24 - 00;05;05;22
Tom Green
Well, an old guy. Now, nevertheless.
00;05;05;29 - 00;05;07;19
Ron Zappolo
I redeem myself.
00;05;07;22 - 00;05;12;20
Tom Green
Who's the next oldest guy that competes with him? I mean, you got ten years. Nobody got ten years.
00;05;12;20 - 00;05;29;10
Ron Zappolo
But to Woody's point with the Masters does have kind of a history of Trevor Immelman, Charl Schwartzel. There are guys that can come out of the woodwork, and even when Bubba Watson won it, he wasn't really, on our radar.
00;05;29;16 - 00;05;35;04
Tom Green
Danny Willett, Danny Willett Well, it was really the year that Spieth threw up on it. Well.
00;05;35;06 - 00;05;36;10
Woody Paige
It throws you more.
00;05;36;10 - 00;05;37;08
Ron Zappolo
Guys have thrown up.
00;05;37;10 - 00;06;05;13
Woody Paige
Yeah. It throws you more unknown, players than we tend to think about. Tiger winning four times right. Jack Nicklaus winning six times in the US and the Arnold Palmer and the people who have done so well over there, Sam Snead and you go back through Ben Hogan everything. But that gives you winners that you've never heard of because being there all the time, I go, what am I going to write about this guy?
00;06;05;16 - 00;06;11;28
Woody Paige
Yeah. And usually ended up calling his home club and saying, tell us something about, you know, the.
00;06;11;28 - 00;06;27;18
Tom Green
Story is almost always the course, though the course, and a lot of it is also the, what I consider the very awkward broadcast when they have to they take those guardrails into about here for everyone who has to speak on the CBS or the, you know, any.
00;06;27;21 - 00;06;30;08
Ron Zappolo
Let's let's ask Gary McCord about how awkward that.
00;06;30;08 - 00;06;31;02
Speaker 3
Yeah.
00;06;31;04 - 00;06;36;15
Tom Green
Yeah. I mean, you gotta be a little wary of what you say. You can't. Jack Whitaker, even you think of Jack.
00;06;36;17 - 00;06;36;22
Ron Zappolo
White, a.
00;06;36;22 - 00;06;39;12
Tom Green
Great American sportscaster. He got the bounce.
00;06;39;12 - 00;06;39;22
Ron Zappolo
He did.
00;06;39;27 - 00;06;41;15
Tom Green
Referred to it as a mob, a mob.
00;06;41;15 - 00;06;42;28
Ron Zappolo
Coming down the 18th.
00;06;43;00 - 00;06;55;11
Woody Paige
But, you know, Gary. Hey, Gary, who's been as happy as you're up in the mountains. But when Gary said, well, this year that they've gone out of their way to be like bikini wax, the greens and that one guy.
00;06;55;11 - 00;06;56;00
Ron Zappolo
Was it.
00;06;56;02 - 00;06;56;21
Speaker 3
That.
00;06;56;23 - 00;06;57;19
Ron Zappolo
The book came out.
00;06;57;19 - 00;07;19;13
Woody Paige
Quickly? I know when I was there, you just had to learn that, you know, if you want to come back, there are rules about it. And I was there when you where, a player who had been, you know, it's an invitational and he didn't bring his wife, he brought his girlfriend and they check people's IDs all over the.
00;07;19;19 - 00;07;34;18
Woody Paige
You have to have, you know, it's like a driver's license. And they found her and then found that he. She wasn't his wife. She was kicked off the course, and he was approached on the 12th hole and said, you need to leave right now.
00;07;34;21 - 00;07;39;01
Tom Green
But he was smart and that he only brought one. He didn't bring my wife and.
00;07;39;06 - 00;07;41;12
Ron Zappolo
Amish girlfriend.
00;07;41;15 - 00;07;44;04
Tom Green
Because that can be very tough to play golf in this situation.
00;07;44;04 - 00;07;48;11
Woody Paige
Yeah, you probably would go to his second home first.
00;07;48;12 - 00;07;48;23
Speaker 3
Yeah.
00;07;48;26 - 00;07;50;13
Woody Paige
I didn't even think about that.
00;07;50;15 - 00;07;53;05
Ron Zappolo
You we need to get into that. Hey, you know what?
00;07;53;07 - 00;07;55;03
Woody Paige
Why not? I mean, I don't I'm not with you.
00;07;55;03 - 00;08;12;03
Ron Zappolo
What about this one? You couldn't tell that story. What? You covered the masters for 30 years. I went to the Masters as a spectator, not as a member of the press. I thought it was the best run sporting event. A bet I'd ever been to.
00;08;12;06 - 00;08;14;09
Woody Paige
Oh, sure. Great. And many chiefs.
00;08;14;11 - 00;08;15;15
Ron Zappolo
Because of the way they.
00;08;15;15 - 00;08;17;18
Tom Green
Have come in. Everything they have, every man.
00;08;17;19 - 00;08;51;00
Ron Zappolo
When you're a spectator. There I was very fortunate to go about 13 years ago. And Natasha, it is so good. You, you you get into Augusta and Woody knows this. There's a bunch of Wendy's and McDonald's and Denny's, and all of a sudden you get to Magnolia Lane and it's like this oasis. And then they had this giant parking lot, and you get up to the front of the gate as a spectator, and they give you about five minutes of rules and they say to you, don't break these rules because we will remove you from the golf course.
00;08;51;05 - 00;09;18;14
Ron Zappolo
But then they say, have a good time, enjoy yourself. You can go anywhere on the golf course that the refreshments are the best in America. When you consider how any ballpark in America you go to a today, you get screwed paying a $14 beer and a $18 hotdog at the Masters a night like that. And the souvenir shop is one of the great souvenir shops.
00;09;18;16 - 00;09;19;23
Tom Green
I would bet in America.
00;09;19;26 - 00;09;22;17
Natasha
This is the inside stuff. This is what the people want to know.
00;09;22;18 - 00;09;23;06
Ron Zappolo
Well, it's.
00;09;23;06 - 00;09;24;03
Natasha
True, everybody's going.
00;09;24;04 - 00;09;32;16
Woody Paige
To come in on cheese sandwiches, $4, a beers, $4. I mean, they had kept the same. The same prices.
00;09;32;21 - 00;09;34;23
Natasha
But here's what happened to go.
00;09;34;23 - 00;09;36;02
Woody Paige
The players have a you.
00;09;36;02 - 00;09;43;16
Ron Zappolo
Have it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter that you have to get, what do you call it? A badge, a badge. And there's, like, so many of them, they give.
00;09;43;16 - 00;09;52;17
Woody Paige
You can't. So, one other aspect the players really appreciate no cell phones. You know, cell phones at the front gate.
00;09;52;17 - 00;10;07;19
Ron Zappolo
They tell you when you as a spectator, if you bring your cell phone in and if it goes off, we will immediately not only throw you out, but whoever got you the badge, we will take the badge away from them.
00;10;07;19 - 00;10;33;05
Woody Paige
And history on the on that. I had a good friend, Bob, buddy Martin, both. You know, him and his college pal went into the service and was based at the Augusta, Army base. And this was in the 50s. They were offering soldiers tickets for $2. Come on down. And if you buy them, you get to keep them.
00;10;33;10 - 00;10;48;27
Woody Paige
And the people who bought in the 50s still have their tickets, like Broncos fans who bought in the 60s. Sure, the families have kept up with it, so I know this guy who worked for what's the, I think you, what's the alligator on the.
00;10;48;27 - 00;10;50;20
Tom Green
Oh, I saw Lacoste.
00;10;50;20 - 00;11;08;06
Woody Paige
Yeah, he works with this. He's got four tickets that he's had for since the mid 50s, and he might as well be carrying the Treasury from. Yeah. Lost ship in the Caribbean, because it's worth so much money that he can't get out.
00;11;08;06 - 00;11;13;02
Tom Green
And you mentioned the souvenir shop. You go in there and you buy souvenirs for the 25 people. You know.
00;11;13;02 - 00;11;29;29
Ron Zappolo
Who. Yeah. Are you just took the words out of my mouth. So when I went, I got souvenirs for all the people that couldn't go and got nothing for myself, which was stupid. But that's what you do. And they tell you if you like these souvenirs, go in there early. Because by Saturday.
00;11;29;29 - 00;11;30;12
Woody Paige
Oh, sure.
00;11;30;12 - 00;11;31;27
Tom Green
I've been vacuumed out.
00;11;31;29 - 00;11;38;26
Woody Paige
I think starting next week for the next 16 weeks, I'm going to wear wear Agusta.
00;11;38;27 - 00;11;39;26
Speaker 3
Shirts.
00;11;39;29 - 00;11;40;24
Woody Paige
Because I've got.
00;11;40;25 - 00;11;42;18
Ron Zappolo
You got enough of them, don't you?
00;11;42;20 - 00;11;47;23
Woody Paige
I have a part of my closet that's devote. It's like a shrine to Augusta National.
00;11;47;23 - 00;11;50;05
Ron Zappolo
You can't throw them out no matter how old. No.
00;11;50;07 - 00;11;53;04
Woody Paige
And I mean rats, evidently, but half of them.
00;11;53;04 - 00;11;54;01
Tom Green
Well there's that.
00;11;54;03 - 00;12;01;24
Ron Zappolo
So you're taking you're taking a long shot to win it? Yes. I'm going to take DeChambeau. I think he's just.
00;12;01;26 - 00;12;03;28
Tom Green
He's a bit of a wild card. You don't see him playing.
00;12;04;00 - 00;12;08;03
Ron Zappolo
You don't see him play enough. But when I do see him play, he's always kind of impressed. Yeah.
00;12;08;03 - 00;12;10;06
Woody Paige
Yeah. He's going to throw some eights at you though.
00;12;10;13 - 00;12;13;15
Ron Zappolo
He might. But he does some things with the golf ball.
00;12;13;16 - 00;12;24;12
Tom Green
I'm going to I'll just for fun. You know what we didn't mention. Why throw in there too is Matthew Fitzpatrick. And he I throw Fitzpatrick Oberg and Justin Rose. And I'll say somebody from outside the US is I.
00;12;24;12 - 00;12;30;24
Ron Zappolo
Like your picks I Justin Rose I always think is up there. And Oberg to me looks like the greatest young player in the world.
00;12;30;24 - 00;12;33;18
Tom Green
He reminds Martin Kaymer it is height. Yes. You know.
00;12;33;21 - 00;12;34;03
Ron Zappolo
He had a.
00;12;34;03 - 00;12;36;07
Tom Green
Robotic strong. You know Adams I.
00;12;36;07 - 00;12;39;09
Ron Zappolo
Hope he turns out better than that because Martin Kaymer had kind of a that.
00;12;39;09 - 00;12;39;19
Tom Green
Was it.
00;12;39;26 - 00;12;40;07
Ron Zappolo
Yeah.
00;12;40;08 - 00;12;40;23
Tom Green
Came and went.
00;12;40;26 - 00;12;44;27
Ron Zappolo
Adam Scott still good forever. But Martin Kaymer came in win.
00;12;44;27 - 00;13;05;22
Tom Green
So this is a great time of year. The Masters gets underway. The NCAA championship game last night Michigan beat UConn in a just I thought an awful game. And it's funny because people just talk about how the NCAA tournament has developed this inverse relationship where it's really good in the first round, it's pretty good in the second round, and at the end it's not that great.
00;13;05;25 - 00;13;08;15
Tom Green
You know, kind of gets down to chalk and the games are.
00;13;08;16 - 00;13;15;14
Ron Zappolo
Well, I can't speak to that because I watched the Red Sox lose for the 18th time last night to the Brewers. But I'll let you handle that.
00;13;15;20 - 00;13;16;09
Tom Green
Blake Street.
00;13;16;15 - 00;13;46;01
Woody Paige
I hadn't thought about that. And again, I've covered maybe 20, NCAA finals and there were some incredible games, I mean, and upsets, earlier. But I think there's something to what you're saying. Why would that be? Maybe it's because I'm looking at the game last night, and I go, Connecticut's a veteran team. Coach, it's been around, and, Michigan's a newer team.
00;13;46;01 - 00;13;47;24
Woody Paige
They got guys that came from.
00;13;47;26 - 00;13;49;05
Tom Green
As the mercenary team.
00;13;49;05 - 00;14;05;21
Woody Paige
Is that this kind of like Indiana and football, where they've come from other schools and all that. And the team, that's the what you call the mercenary school, just kind of blew them away. And I'm, I have no interest in UConn, not zero. I don't like their coach.
00;14;05;22 - 00;14;07;03
Ron Zappolo
Not a big Dan Hurley fan.
00;14;07;06 - 00;14;17;01
Woody Paige
Yeah, but, but he puts together an interesting team, and they had a couple of guys that kept him at least around within ten points.
00;14;17;01 - 00;14;38;08
Tom Green
No, they I thought they liked it when they beat Duke when they were down 19 against Duke and when they were, you know, playing a Michigan team that's clearly a better team. They stick around. They are tough and you can credit the coach for that. But I'm not a Danny Hurley guy either. And I just think there's something about the way they play where they were able to stay in it.
00;14;38;08 - 00;14;40;12
Tom Green
But Michigan, you know that was he.
00;14;40;12 - 00;14;48;24
Woody Paige
He's, a present day I got to be friends with with the, Bobby Knight. Bob Knight.
00;14;48;26 - 00;14;59;14
Ron Zappolo
Okay. I'm putting Bobby tonight down on a list of people that what he has told us that he's become friends with. And the list is getting incredibly impressive. Well, but I can go down. I'm not.
00;14;59;14 - 00;15;20;16
Woody Paige
A friend. I'm not friends with Hurley. But yet he is a cur de Bob Knight. Certainly. And he has the kind of players that want to play with him that like the way that he is a disciplinarian. And that's what Bob Knight had that came to Indiana. It was 34 years ago that Knight won the championship, I think.
00;15;20;17 - 00;15;21;29
Tom Green
Well, the 1976 team of.
00;15;22;00 - 00;15;23;28
Ron Zappolo
The perfect 76 team was the only.
00;15;24;04 - 00;15;28;10
Tom Green
Got me and Buck Isaacson. Yeah, yeah, they were.
00;15;28;13 - 00;15;33;03
Ron Zappolo
Team though I was in Isaiah. Isaiah later. Yeah, I was the Bobby Wilkerson.
00;15;33;03 - 00;16;00;20
Woody Paige
I would I wouldn't have believed this. And I think George Karl woke up today and went, man I don't like this call. But George Karl, one of his successors, Michael Malone a job that George Karl would have given his life to be the coach at North Carolina. Michael Malone going to North Carolina. My first thought was, here's a guy that got complained about all the time, even by his general manager, that he wouldn't play young players.
00;16;00;24 - 00;16;04;08
Woody Paige
He's going to have nothing but young players there. He's going to have to play.
00;16;04;11 - 00;16;20;15
Tom Green
How young will his players be? Because it used to be in college basketball. To succeed, you had to out recruit and you had to get the number one guy and the number one guy and the number one guy. But now it seems like all you need is guys for one year and you can pick them off other rosters, find a kid from Europe and.
00;16;20;17 - 00;16;24;20
Tom Green
But are you playing freshmen or are you playing 20, 2120?
00;16;24;20 - 00;16;35;28
Woody Paige
But is Michael Malone a recruiter? No. Is he a guy that, likes young players? No. Has he had a history in NCAA?
00;16;36;01 - 00;16;37;14
Tom Green
He's going to where that whenever he.
00;16;37;14 - 00;16;48;05
Woody Paige
When he was a young. Yeah. That. But who's the last great pro coach in any sport that took a college job in the last two years.
00;16;48;05 - 00;16;51;17
Tom Green
So Pete Carroll but but it's changing.
00;16;51;17 - 00;17;04;05
Ron Zappolo
Yeah Carroll did it. Belichick well yeah Belichick I mean North Carolina is going for. But I mean there there are examples of pro coaches to go to college I think the Michael Malone hire is great for North.
00;17;04;06 - 00;17;05;01
Woody Paige
I think it's.
00;17;05;01 - 00;17;10;13
Ron Zappolo
Terrible I think it's great. Terrible. Well who would you rather have seen them hire.
00;17;10;15 - 00;17;12;05
Woody Paige
I don't care I really.
00;17;12;05 - 00;17;13;17
Ron Zappolo
Well you got to come up with something.
00;17;13;17 - 00;17;15;03
Woody Paige
Don't care about North Carolina.
00;17;15;03 - 00;17;20;23
Ron Zappolo
I don't, but I think first off, everybody needs a job. Michael Malone's like, all coaches. He wants to, but.
00;17;20;23 - 00;17;23;00
Woody Paige
He has no connection to the SEC.
00;17;23;03 - 00;17;26;25
Ron Zappolo
Would you rather him go coach the Washington Wizards? Or if you were Memphis.
00;17;26;25 - 00;17;27;08
Tom Green
Grizzlies.
00;17;27;08 - 00;17;42;26
Ron Zappolo
Or the Memphis Grizzlies or the Sacramento Kings? Again, North Carolina is a dream job in college basketball. There's UCLA. There's Kansas. There's Duke. There's North Carolina. And there's he got one of the three.
00;17;42;29 - 00;17;47;23
Woody Paige
Sure he got that. But I'm talking about North Carolina. Really. That's the best you could go.
00;17;47;24 - 00;17;52;00
Ron Zappolo
But I'll go back to you. Give me a better name.
00;17;52;02 - 00;17;54;10
Tom Green
And or a better job. His silence.
00;17;54;12 - 00;17;59;19
Ron Zappolo
His silence tells me all I want to know. Can I slightly change the subject? Can go back to the NCAA. Believe for a minute.
00;17;59;19 - 00;18;03;25
Woody Paige
Yes, I would choose the South Carolina women's best.
00;18;03;25 - 00;18;23;18
Ron Zappolo
Glad you said that, because that's where I want to go. That's what I want to do. Okay, I got two thoughts and just bear with me for one minute. The women at the end were more interesting than the men. And and I watched a lot of the women always are. I've watched a lot of the South Carolina UConn game.
00;18;23;21 - 00;18;46;15
Ron Zappolo
Geno Auriemma what a dick this guy is. First off, he's a great head coach. Okay, what he did here's what I know in my heart. If they had won that game, he would have walked down there and he would have shaken the hand of Dawn Staley had been no problem. But because he got as bent out of shape because his undefeated season is over, he makes a big deal out of nothing.
00;18;46;18 - 00;19;13;12
Ron Zappolo
Let me just tell you about Geno Auriemma. He's 72 years old. He ought to quit and do a podcast like old guys do when they get washed up. That's number one. Number two, Dawn Staley. She should have after the game. The next day, watch the film Miracle on Ice, because she could have heard the great late, great Herb Brooks say to his team after they'd won the biggest game of all time.
00;19;13;14 - 00;19;27;11
Ron Zappolo
Hey, fellas, you still got to play Finland. If you lose this game, you'll take it to your fucking graves. She didn't repeat that to her team because they went out. They didn't just get their ass kicked, they got embarrassed.
00;19;27;11 - 00;19;55;26
Tom Green
It was a 35 game away. But the good news for Colorado fans was watching was watching Lauren Betts and her sister Sienna as well out of Grandview High School. And Lauren Betts has become a star in women's basketball. But she started to transcend that through the women's tournament. And, Lauren Betts, the way she handled herself, the way I just love the clips of her and her other two senior teammates dancing with the UCLA dance team.
00;19;55;26 - 00;20;03;14
Tom Green
They took all this time to practice and enjoy it and have fun, and they still have time to kick South Carolina's ass by 30 points by three of games.
00;20;03;14 - 00;20;15;01
Ron Zappolo
I mean, if you had told me that South Carolina, after dismantling an undefeated UConn team they forgot, would mail it in 48 hours later, like, you still got to play the championship.
00;20;15;01 - 00;20;17;01
Tom Green
And UCLA was also pretty good.
00;20;17;01 - 00;20;44;29
Woody Paige
But yeah, I also found it delightful. I'll use that word that the Colorado community, particularly the basketball community, really rose up and appreciated what the Betts sisters did here, because a lot of times when players, athletes, white going to the Celtics and going to the Olympics, that we tend not to pay attention, we we become too big a community.
00;20;45;00 - 00;21;02;19
Woody Paige
When I first came here, you know, we'd talk about Halo ring winning the US open our own people here. And I thought, yesterday that, Colorado really responded well. And in appreciating what the best.
00;21;02;22 - 00;21;06;13
Tom Green
Likable sisters congratulations, dawn. CNN the Betts family.
00;21;06;13 - 00;21;06;28
Ron Zappolo
Absolutely went.
00;21;07;00 - 00;21;12;17
Tom Green
To And the Bruins coach also so likable. Cori close. She's also the whole thing.
00;21;12;17 - 00;21;14;28
Ron Zappolo
I just thought the women on some.
00;21;14;28 - 00;21;16;16
Tom Green
Level, on most levels, I.
00;21;16;16 - 00;21;17;08
Ron Zappolo
Thought it was just.
00;21;17;09 - 00;21;17;29
Tom Green
Better and.
00;21;17;29 - 00;21;23;09
Woody Paige
That it's a thing that maybe their game is getting to be the real good college game.
00;21;23;09 - 00;21;28;11
Tom Green
But also every point UCLA scored in that championship game was scored by a senior.
00;21;28;13 - 00;21;29;22
Ron Zappolo
Whereas yeah, that's a gun.
00;21;29;22 - 00;21;30;10
Tom Green
And guns.
00;21;30;11 - 00;21;42;17
Ron Zappolo
But I watched about three of those games during the course of the tournament. I watched Notre Dame and UVA was good. Yeah, the level of playing women's college basketball. Maybe you can credit Caitlin Clark or Angel Reese or whatever you want.
00;21;42;17 - 00;21;43;24
Woody Paige
To Pat Summitt.
00;21;43;26 - 00;21;48;27
Ron Zappolo
Or okay, Pat Summitt, there you go. But the level of play has really.
00;21;48;29 - 00;21;50;16
Tom Green
Pat used to like playing against.
00;21;50;16 - 00;21;52;02
Ron Zappolo
Geno. Oh yeah. She loved.
00;21;52;02 - 00;21;53;04
Speaker 3
You know well all.
00;21;53;04 - 00;21;55;19
Ron Zappolo
Those women coaches they all love Geno.
00;21;55;21 - 00;21;56;02
Speaker 3
Yeah they.
00;21;56;02 - 00;21;56;21
Woody Paige
Love to.
00;21;56;23 - 00;22;01;28
Ron Zappolo
Retire. You're 72 years old. You're already your legacy is set.
00;22;01;28 - 00;22;04;06
Woody Paige
What? They wanted you. Why don't you retire?
00;22;04;07 - 00;22;07;03
Ron Zappolo
I'd reckon I am retired. That's why I'm sitting here with you home.
00;22;07;03 - 00;22;09;04
Woody Paige
And why to Red Sox. That's what I do.
00;22;09;05 - 00;22;13;04
Ron Zappolo
And I have a cocktail I watch, I watch guys throw to the wrong base.
00;22;13;04 - 00;22;17;25
Tom Green
By the way, when we started Roman Anthony threw the ball in from left field. It still hasn't gone missing yet.
00;22;17;26 - 00;22;33;10
Ron Zappolo
Roman Anthony, it came right out of, what was it? Bull Durham. When he goes outside and he meets nuclear and says, here, throw the ball. Meet and smashes the window, misses him by that much. And I'm your new catcher. You need Roman. Anthony needs a lot of help. Can we do Red bird?
00;22;33;10 - 00;22;34;11
Tom Green
Now jump in about red bird.
00;22;34;17 - 00;22;35;06
Ron Zappolo
Listen,
00;22;35;09 - 00;22;55;18
Ron Zappolo
this is the time of year. The weather's getting warm. We haven't really had a winter. It's a great time to grill chicken. It really is. And if you're going to do it, take our advice. We've been talking about this for weeks. Get red bird. It is absolutely the best. Just try it once. Just try it once. Every good High-End restaurant in Denver and we have a lot of them.
00;22;55;18 - 00;23;08;15
Ron Zappolo
Thankfully they all use red bird. We can go on and on about the ingredients and what they do. All I'm telling you is do what Tom does because Woody and I don't go to the we don't go to the grocery store.
00;23;08;15 - 00;23;09;09
Tom Green
No, I do.
00;23;09;12 - 00;23;29;22
Ron Zappolo
Tom does just go in. Okay? Go in and do what Tom does. Go get Red bird. Just listen. Trust me. You women listen to me for years. I might send you wrong, but not on this lot of comments. You can agree disagree. I'm not screwing around with you on this one. If you go get Red bird, you're not going to regret it.
00;23;30;00 - 00;23;36;24
Ron Zappolo
Just go get red bird. Just go try it. You're absolutely gonna love it. Red bird chicken.
00;23;36;27 - 00;23;58;06
Tom Green
Beautiful. Thank you. Brian. Hey. Saturday was an amazing. I was trying to think of better Saturdays in Colorado sports. And obviously, you think of all the great college football games. And the Broncos played some playoff games on Saturdays. But let's say in a springtime in Colorado, I don't know. There have been many, many better Saturdays than the Avs going to Dallas and pulling out a two nothing win.
00;23;58;06 - 00;24;03;17
Tom Green
Great win. And nugget game against the Spurs was the game of the year game of the season.
00;24;03;21 - 00;24;06;18
Ron Zappolo
Shame that it was on. What do you call it? You.
00;24;06;18 - 00;24;08;06
Tom Green
Couldn't flip back and forth and flip.
00;24;08;06 - 00;24;23;27
Ron Zappolo
Back and forth because I'm watching the Habs, and so I'm like, Jesus, what am I going to do? But you are so right, because I went to the nuggets in the second quarter and I could not leave it because the Jokic wembanyama.
00;24;23;29 - 00;24;25;19
Tom Green
Thing Russell Chamberlain.
00;24;25;19 - 00;24;46;09
Ron Zappolo
I mean I just hope they match. Yeah I hope they match up in the playoffs now. Because to me I'd rather see them forget winning or losing or who's the better matchup for the nuggets right I just rather see Jokic and Wembanyama in kind of you know the greatest player in the league against the guy that's going to be yeah the greatest player.
00;24;46;09 - 00;24;57;04
Woody Paige
In the league I just found it funny Natasha if you're paying attention that what he's talking about two games. He goes Jesus Christ what a great weekend to be using that. Well to describe to basketball.
00;24;57;12 - 00;24;59;08
Natasha
Well so good.
00;24;59;10 - 00;25;10;15
Ron Zappolo
I'm just I'm just following my president who gave a wonderful Easter message on Sunday. I would repeat it here, but I don't want to say fuck, but that's what he said.
00;25;10;15 - 00;25;14;01
Speaker 3
So,
00;25;14;03 - 00;25;22;19
Tom Green
What do you that game for the nuggets I think could be season defining. You know, we'll see how this whole thing plays out. We have said that though.
00;25;22;21 - 00;25;23;23
Woody Paige
We said it, and I.
00;25;23;26 - 00;25;24;23
Tom Green
Know, but what I mean is.
00;25;24;23 - 00;25;42;13
Woody Paige
We've gone back and forth on them all year long, and there is no way you can sit here. I'm not blaming you. I blame myself because I'm watching it, and I go, I watch it last night. I know, what are you doing against Porter?
00;25;42;16 - 00;25;45;01
Ron Zappolo
Did you stay? Did you stay up for the yes, I did.
00;25;45;05 - 00;26;03;06
Tom Green
It was what I was thinking. Because if you remember, the Avs go to Dallas, they win two nothing. And then they come home and lay an egg against the Blues the next night. The nuggets probably should have lost that game to Portland on Monday night. But you just I think sometimes we forget these are people humans with emotions and all.
00;26;03;06 - 00;26;10;23
Tom Green
And they were ready to go on Saturday. And I think once you go over that cliff you know it takes a minute get to get your.
00;26;10;23 - 00;26;13;06
Ron Zappolo
But the great teams from the really great teams.
00;26;13;07 - 00;26;14;06
Tom Green
Right. And these aren't.
00;26;14;06 - 00;26;28;01
Ron Zappolo
Necessarily they aren't necessarily great teams, but the great teams are always ready to go. And I'm not going to give the nuggets a pass because with the with Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves now probably out for the year, the nuggets should be highly.
00;26;28;06 - 00;26;28;25
Woody Paige
That's why I like.
00;26;28;28 - 00;26;30;26
Ron Zappolo
The third seed. Yeah they should have been ready to.
00;26;30;26 - 00;26;39;15
Woody Paige
But let's let's play it forward with for both teams. And we'll start with the nuggets. Since you brought it up LA's dropped off the map with two of.
00;26;39;18 - 00;26;40;06
Tom Green
Dropping.
00;26;40;10 - 00;26;45;17
Woody Paige
Two of their. I would say at this point in their careers they're the two best players on that.
00;26;45;17 - 00;26;46;11
Ron Zappolo
Yeah I would say so.
00;26;46;16 - 00;27;05;06
Woody Paige
Ahead of LeBron bronze now got a carry this team and he's not in his who do that. So the nuggets have every chance to get the third. And you sitting there. Look this is what I do in the morning with my life. Nothing. But I go for what? Okay. Do what the rockets to play the nuggets.
00;27;05;06 - 00;27;21;11
Woody Paige
Do we want the nuggets to play against the Timberwolves we've talked about over the last few weeks. Is there a possibility we can take. No. That's what's going to happen that, they're they're going to end up being third because the Lakers going to lose a couple of games. Yeah they were down two.
00;27;21;12 - 00;27;24;04
Ron Zappolo
They got OKC tonight. They're not going to lose that.
00;27;24;09 - 00;27;42;09
Woody Paige
So they're going to do it. Nuggets going to finish third. They're going to end up playing the Timberwolves I see yeah. And that has been we saw them lose to the Timberwolves. But one of you and forgive me for not remember which one of that you really think they they'll can disobey the Timberwolves was that you were here.
00;27;42;09 - 00;27;45;01
Tom Green
That was me I believe I mean the positive outlook.
00;27;45;02 - 00;27;45;24
Ron Zappolo
Yeah times more.
00;27;45;24 - 00;27;53;10
Woody Paige
Positive. You'd think that then they're going to have to play the Thunder after that. So they're they're going.
00;27;53;10 - 00;28;11;07
Tom Green
To be somebody is waiting for him. But I think they put themselves back into that top three of, of the Western Conference with the way they played the game as much as winning it. But you know, because it's been A12 thing in the West and the nuggets just kind of waiting to get healthy, waiting to see who does what.
00;28;11;07 - 00;28;15;20
Tom Green
But we've seen like Aaron Gordon. Well but starting to play like Aaron Gordon was last.
00;28;15;21 - 00;28;18;05
Woody Paige
But can he can he.
00;28;18;05 - 00;28;19;05
Tom Green
Yeah. Stay stay.
00;28;19;05 - 00;28;19;20
Woody Paige
Healthy.
00;28;19;27 - 00;28;22;27
Ron Zappolo
How healthy are the. You was healthy and healthy yesterday.
00;28;22;27 - 00;28;46;18
Tom Green
Well when we got hurt yesterday. Yeah. So I mean it's everyone operating on a raise. And by the way is the hamstring now something that has anyone ever figured out the hamstring. Because we're now everything else we can fix Achilles and we can fix ACL. But nobody knows how or why we pull hamstrings or how to fix them because they are now taking over the NBA.
00;28;46;18 - 00;28;47;19
Tom Green
The hamstring and the.
00;28;47;19 - 00;28;50;04
Ron Zappolo
Soft tissue injury.
00;28;50;07 - 00;28;52;29
Tom Green
Well, has anybody solved it?
00;28;53;00 - 00;29;00;04
Ron Zappolo
No you can't. I think they're freakish injuries. I think you can hurt your hamstring by stopping and starting.
00;29;00;04 - 00;29;03;18
Woody Paige
But we got to watch for Watson and Gordon and the question.
00;29;03;18 - 00;29;05;22
Tom Green
About but Luka and and.
00;29;05;24 - 00;29;07;07
Ron Zappolo
It's everywhere. It's all over the league.
00;29;07;07 - 00;29;18;10
Woody Paige
And turning to the avalanche, the biggest thing that's people are talking about in regard to them is which one of the woods is going to play. Well, they're going to play.
00;29;18;10 - 00;29;37;26
Tom Green
Both of it's becoming clear now, but the issue with them, I think, is not as much as Mackenzie Blackwood not playing up to being a number one, and Scott Wedgewood playing better than him is how the team's playing in front of it. There's more than a few people who thinks that that the team actually just plays better in front of Scott Wedgewood.
00;29;38;00 - 00;29;45;04
Tom Green
He doesn't see as many dangerous chances as Mackenzie Blackwood does. I don't know how you would sort that out or why that would be.
00;29;45;04 - 00;29;53;18
Ron Zappolo
Do you think that they should that Jared Bednar should settle on one and roll with that one? No. All the way through? No.
00;29;53;20 - 00;30;15;06
Woody Paige
I might have an answer right away. Okay. No, I think you can play with two. They they won a championship with two. I think you people say no, you got to, you know, roll with your guy. You got to roll with your guy. I think if I Bednar I saw the other day a columnist in the Denver Post said, Keeler saying that he's got to get past the second round.
00;30;15;08 - 00;30;17;02
Woody Paige
That happens every year. Prime Minister.
00;30;17;02 - 00;30;17;28
Ron Zappolo
Do you want to.
00;30;17;28 - 00;30;19;01
Tom Green
Tell us.
00;30;19;04 - 00;30;43;28
Woody Paige
Either, says he, he runs with who is hot at the moment, and I like that he he made a move during the regular season where, one of them gave up for gold. He got him out of there and got got the other goalie in, and he shut the opposing team out the rest of the year. I think that Wedgewood has earned the right.
00;30;44;01 - 00;30;54;12
Woody Paige
But I also think that you go with a really the hot hand here. I know that's a cliche, but I, I really think you don't just stick with the same gal.
00;30;54;15 - 00;31;02;22
Tom Green
Yeah, they're hard to measure for the. You know, they have almost completed the task of locking up home ice throughout the playoffs, and they're.
00;31;02;24 - 00;31;03;12
Woody Paige
Who do you like?
00;31;03;12 - 00;31;10;09
Ron Zappolo
And that's what that's why I think I'm going to give them a little bit of a pass for the Blues game. Because beating Dallas more or less.
00;31;10;17 - 00;31;11;13
Tom Green
Close the division.
00;31;11;14 - 00;31;14;10
Ron Zappolo
Close the division. Saint Louis is still playing for some.
00;31;14;10 - 00;31;15;07
Tom Green
Saint Louis playing good.
00;31;15;07 - 00;31;21;13
Ron Zappolo
And even at that it was a very competitive game that went down to the last, what, three minutes of the game.
00;31;21;13 - 00;31;27;03
Tom Green
It's also they're playing these last couple of games without Cale Makar. Yeah that's true I mean that's taken sparkplug.
00;31;27;06 - 00;31;28;04
Ron Zappolo
One more thing.
00;31;28;06 - 00;31;30;19
Woody Paige
But who are they going to play. Who who do you want.
00;31;30;19 - 00;31;35;01
Tom Green
They might end up with Saint Louis San Jose likely, but I mean there's a pile.
00;31;35;04 - 00;31;39;11
Ron Zappolo
There's a it's like the NBA. There's a bunch of teams that are all.
00;31;39;13 - 00;31;41;08
Woody Paige
And say play.
00;31;41;11 - 00;31;45;12
Ron Zappolo
Listen, I think it's different in hockey. I think you fear and respect everybody.
00;31;45;12 - 00;31;47;01
Tom Green
They think they can win.
00;31;47;02 - 00;31;50;13
Ron Zappolo
They can win because eight goalie can stand on a how can you go?
00;31;50;13 - 00;31;58;03
Woody Paige
What? How can you be back to back Stanley Cup champions. And you can't even get into the playoffs? What is it with.
00;31;58;05 - 00;31;58;13
Ron Zappolo
She's.
00;31;58;13 - 00;31;59;27
Tom Green
Allergic to that opinion.
00;31;59;29 - 00;32;00;11
Natasha
Yeah.
00;32;00;16 - 00;32;09;04
Woody Paige
Know how in the world can, Florida win back to back championships and can't sniff a breath?
00;32;09;06 - 00;32;09;29
Tom Green
Yeah, yeah.
00;32;10;03 - 00;32;11;05
Ron Zappolo
Well, they're tuckered out.
00;32;11;10 - 00;32;24;07
Tom Green
It's funny, because I was thinking of that as Miami as a sports town. And, you know, you think of for the Broncos. It's been good. They won a Super Bowl there. They won two Stanley Cup Stanley Cup. And they basically one more haunted NBA.
00;32;24;07 - 00;32;30;03
Ron Zappolo
One more hockey thing. We ought to bring up the, Patrick Roy won the ball goes to Patrick Roy got fired.
00;32;30;03 - 00;32;30;19
Tom Green
Yes.
00;32;30;19 - 00;32;35;13
Ron Zappolo
And I don't know why but that I kind of that stunned me a little bit. When you guys did.
00;32;35;15 - 00;32;37;20
Tom Green
It was because it happened quickly.
00;32;37;20 - 00;32;44;22
Ron Zappolo
It happened very quickly, and it happened at the end of the season. And it happened when the Islanders are still alive.
00;32;44;22 - 00;32;50;02
Tom Green
But they were they had I think he challenged his team and they answered the challenge with a dud.
00;32;50;02 - 00;32;58;05
Ron Zappolo
That's true. But I think Patrick Wall, if we take his coaching career in total has been more good than bad.
00;32;58;05 - 00;33;06;28
Tom Green
Yes. But I also could see him being such a pain to work with if you're above him, having him, and then Peter de Boer being out there means there's a.
00;33;07;03 - 00;33;08;21
Ron Zappolo
There's somebody out there that's got.
00;33;08;21 - 00;33;09;15
Tom Green
Yeah, you know.
00;33;09;17 - 00;33;32;29
Ron Zappolo
But that's the one thing about the NHL it's amazing. Bruce Cassidy wins. Yeah. Gets fired by Boston, goes to Vegas, wins the Stanley Cup. And they can't wait to fire him. Yeah. And and the roller. You. And then they hire John Tortorella talking about a guy who may be tough to work with, but they do not fear firing any coach.
00;33;32;29 - 00;33;54;14
Woody Paige
At any, any time. I mean, you think about, new Jersey. Yeah, they had three games to go. I mean, it was like the nuggets last year and they don't did it. Yeah. I mean I've never seen a league. Well you've seen the league the National Hockey League. If there's one game left in the season and you're in second place overall.
00;33;54;17 - 00;33;56;18
Tom Green
Let's get rid of getting rid of them. Not good enough.
00;33;56;19 - 00;33;57;15
Woody Paige
Let's bring in a guy.
00;33;57;22 - 00;34;00;20
Ron Zappolo
Yeah. Let's get rid of there's something.
00;34;00;22 - 00;34;05;07
Woody Paige
Something about those Canadian people that they want to fire people.
00;34;05;07 - 00;34;06;00
Tom Green
They're ready to go.
00;34;06;00 - 00;34;10;26
Woody Paige
God, there's a person in this country, you don't want to end up there because they fire his ass.
00;34;10;28 - 00;34;12;09
Speaker 3
Right?
00;34;12;11 - 00;34;14;05
Tom Green
Hey, I want to tell you about our friends at American
00;34;14;08 - 00;34;32;10
Tom Green
Financing. Of course, everything seems to be getting more and more expensive these days, and many people being forced to use credit cards to try to keep up. And if you can't bear to look at your credit card statement, those companies are charging considerable more interest. 20% interest in higher that is designed of course, to keep you underwater.
00;34;32;13 - 00;34;53;18
Tom Green
American financing can help you get out of the endless trap of high interest debt by showing you how to take advantage of your hard earned equity by accessing rates in the low fives. Their salary based mortgage consultants are hoping helping homeowners like you save up to $800 a month. And when you get started, you might also be able to delay two mortgage payments.
00;34;53;20 - 00;35;16;05
Tom Green
This all comes with no upfront fees, no obligations to see how much you can save. So give American financing a call. There are 8555815828855581 5828, or you can visit American Financing dot net slash screen. Remember, American financing is America's home for home loans.
00;35;16;07 - 00;35;17;04
Woody Paige
And we know that,
00;35;17;12 - 00;35;38;05
Woody Paige
goodwill hunting people associate that with a movie. But goodwill hunting is me shopping. And, you know, I, I buy strange things. But I got to before we. Because you and I are friends. You talked about. I have friends times, my friend. Where did you get that coat? It's so.
00;35;38;05 - 00;35;39;18
Ron Zappolo
Oversize.
00;35;39;20 - 00;35;46;25
Tom Green
Well, I actually the large. The large was snug, so I said, no, I'll take an XL. Oh.
00;35;46;27 - 00;35;49;29
Woody Paige
You don't always get one of those one.
00;35;50;01 - 00;35;50;28
Ron Zappolo
It's very nice.
00;35;50;29 - 00;35;51;20
Natasha
Yeah. It.
00;35;51;23 - 00;35;55;25
Tom Green
When when it was put on me by Craig Stadler, he says you want these a little roomy.
00;35;55;28 - 00;35;56;29
Speaker 3
Are you looking for.
00;35;57;00 - 00;35;58;15
Ron Zappolo
A few names here, you guys?
00;35;58;15 - 00;36;01;24
Woody Paige
You know, I'm surprised he didn't give it to his son then.
00;36;01;27 - 00;36;06;04
Tom Green
Kevin. Hey, let's do a little baseball. Because, the Rockies, after.
00;36;06;09 - 00;36;06;16
Ron Zappolo
Four and.
00;36;06;16 - 00;36;11;28
Tom Green
Six swept in their first three games, have been playing pretty good baseball. Glad to be home.
00;36;12;01 - 00;36;13;13
Natasha
Record low attendance.
00;36;13;13 - 00;36;22;14
Tom Green
Well, they did have that. Only 16,000 on, Monday night for the Astros game, but they put up eight runs in the fifth inning and held on to win 16,000.
00;36;22;14 - 00;36;23;08
Ron Zappolo
Shut up for that game.
00;36;23;08 - 00;36;25;11
Natasha
Yeah, it's the lowest number since the pandemic.
00;36;25;11 - 00;36;34;13
Ron Zappolo
I think that that is Denver's way or Colorado's way of saying that, they are not pleased with the state of the franchise.
00;36;34;15 - 00;36;40;06
Natasha
Oh, absolutely. I mean, you guys knew this was coming, and we're not in the swing of day drinking yet, so you're missing out on a.
00;36;40;08 - 00;36;41;08
Speaker 3
Well, I.
00;36;41;10 - 00;36;42;02
Tom Green
Can't I.
00;36;42;04 - 00;36;43;06
Ron Zappolo
Can't blame the weather.
00;36;43;10 - 00;36;49;18
Tom Green
No, but the Astros are one of those Astros don't bring fans. They're like five teams in MLB that don't bring fans to the park.
00;36;49;18 - 00;36;54;20
Ron Zappolo
Yeah, but now you're saying that the only reason the Rockies get good attendance is because you say that because of the other.
00;36;54;20 - 00;36;56;04
Tom Green
Teams, always the Dodgers.
00;36;56;07 - 00;37;03;29
Ron Zappolo
So the Cardinals so the Rocky fans are not interested. It's just when the Cubs or the Cardinals or the Red Sox or the Yankees or the Dodgers come.
00;37;03;29 - 00;37;19;15
Tom Green
Yeah, well, that's the truth. And if it's early April, a Monday night, but it is. It is the lowest. But it's also, you know, I'll be more interested to see how they're playing, of course, but what they're drawing in mid to late May and see what those numbers.
00;37;19;15 - 00;37;26;16
Woody Paige
Look, what it was evidence of something that I talked about with you guys. Last year.
00;37;26;19 - 00;37;59;10
Woody Paige
Their fan base is 15,000. That's what is the Rockies fan base. I mean, I know it from the standpoint of the TV ratings that if you investigate, you find out they have less than 15,000 people watching their games on television. You look at the crowd size and you'll see that 30,000 crowd is 15,000 Rockies fans and 15,000 Dodger fans.
00;37;59;12 - 00;38;11;13
Woody Paige
And yes, it's going to be 16,000 when the Astros are playing, when the Dodgers come to town later in the month. Yeah, but it's going to be 40,000 and that's going to be 25,000.
00;38;11;19 - 00;38;21;10
Tom Green
Last night was also a good night to stay home and watch the NCAA tournament game, or to go down over to Ball Arena and watch the nuggets play. If you have the money to go on 25.
00;38;21;10 - 00;38;21;24
Woody Paige
Yeah.
00;38;21;26 - 00;38;23;16
Tom Green
Just maybe read a good book.
00;38;23;19 - 00;38;38;14
Ron Zappolo
Hey, I know me dick. I hey listen to talk about the team. They're scoring a lot of runs which is a good thing because if you want to entertain people out there, I rather see them lose 11 to 7 than.
00;38;38;16 - 00;38;38;27
Tom Green
Get on the.
00;38;38;27 - 00;38;47;02
Ron Zappolo
Base, four to nothing down. And it reminds me of the Blake Street bombers. And if they can keep that up, maybe they can win a few more games. So good for them.
00;38;47;05 - 00;38;48;18
Woody Paige
Oh 70.
00;38;48;20 - 00;38;50;26
Ron Zappolo
No, no, I'm not kidding around there.
00;38;50;28 - 00;38;53;00
Tom Green
Oh they're, they're on a, they're making a.
00;38;53;00 - 00;38;56;14
Ron Zappolo
Run. They're making a run. But I don't think the, the run is to McDonald.
00;38;56;15 - 00;39;00;25
Woody Paige
So I check to their own pace. Now for.
00;39;00;28 - 00;39;01;15
Ron Zappolo
On page.
00;39;01;15 - 00;39;02;26
Woody Paige
64.
00;39;02;28 - 00;39;04;17
Tom Green
So they got it to as hot as they are.
00;39;04;17 - 00;39;07;06
Ron Zappolo
They still as I said, 57.
00;39;07;06 - 00;39;09;19
Woody Paige
But I'm just telling you that's I keep it up with this.
00;39;09;19 - 00;39;10;28
Ron Zappolo
They're 64.
00;39;10;29 - 00;39;15;28
Woody Paige
Right now. If they win 40% of the games, that's what they are.
00;39;15;28 - 00;39;19;11
Ron Zappolo
It's going to be very hard for them to win 40% of their game.
00;39;19;12 - 00;39;26;16
Natasha
We've got a fun fact coming in. Rockies are the only team in the MLB to score at least seven runs in two different innings this year. Yeah, they're.
00;39;26;16 - 00;39;27;13
Ron Zappolo
Scoring runs.
00;39;27;16 - 00;39;28;08
Natasha
So.
00;39;28;10 - 00;39;28;25
Ron Zappolo
Scoring.
00;39;28;25 - 00;39;30;12
Natasha
Go.
00;39;30;14 - 00;39;33;00
Ron Zappolo
Preventing runs might be their problem.
00;39;33;02 - 00;39;39;03
Tom Green
Well that's not it. Come on. Nobody. No. Let's anything else in baseball you want to talk about on this?
00;39;39;04 - 00;39;39;16
Ron Zappolo
Oh, hey.
00;39;39;16 - 00;39;41;20
Woody Paige
Yeah. Last year. Speaking of crowd.
00;39;41;20 - 00;39;44;23
Ron Zappolo
Did you see the the angels right field.
00;39;44;23 - 00;39;47;02
Tom Green
Joe a double Joe Adell.
00;39;47;02 - 00;39;48;14
Ron Zappolo
That was.
00;39;48;16 - 00;39;49;00
Tom Green
A show.
00;39;49;01 - 00;39;51;21
Ron Zappolo
Maybe the greatest defense. Yeah. Army.
00;39;51;25 - 00;39;54;01
Woody Paige
But we're talking about three three.
00;39;54;04 - 00;40;14;20
Ron Zappolo
And a one to nothing game. Not like a 9 to 1 game. Yeah. You know one to nothing game. And each one got progressively better if people don't realize what we're talking about. The angel right fielder over the weekend robbed three home runs from the Mariners. And on the third one, Cal Raleigh hit a ball down the line that looked like it was gone.
00;40;14;20 - 00;40;21;27
Ron Zappolo
And he. We've seen guys do this. He fell into the seats and and kept and caught the.
00;40;21;27 - 00;40;29;16
Tom Green
Ball, which is an interesting ruling I think because if you catch it and then go into the C there's that's an out. Yeah. You can't like jump into the stands and catch.
00;40;29;17 - 00;40;35;07
Ron Zappolo
Yeah it's a homerun. But he caught it as he was falling into the seats. I think it was the right call.
00;40;35;08 - 00;40;35;26
Tom Green
Yeah.
00;40;35;29 - 00;40;45;09
Ron Zappolo
You know, but it was an amazing display. And I read a story that on the Seattle chalkboard the next morning said, don't hit the ball to right field.
00;40;45;11 - 00;40;46;13
Speaker 3
I got.
00;40;46;18 - 00;40;47;29
Tom Green
A guy out there is pretty good.
00;40;48;04 - 00;41;03;22
Woody Paige
Guys I like, despite the Red Sox and talked about the Rockies in there, I, I like the, the I, I've kind of enjoyed the beginning of baseball season for, a lot of exciting things going on that you don't really.
00;41;03;29 - 00;41;05;29
Ron Zappolo
What do you think of the abs now that you've.
00;41;05;29 - 00;41;07;13
Woody Paige
Had second, that's the other.
00;41;07;13 - 00;41;08;00
Ron Zappolo
Yeah. I love.
00;41;08;00 - 00;41;08;28
Woody Paige
I.
00;41;09;01 - 00;41;09;12
Tom Green
Love it.
00;41;09;12 - 00;41;10;24
Woody Paige
You got it. Oh, I love it.
00;41;10;25 - 00;41;11;17
Ron Zappolo
You love it.
00;41;11;19 - 00;41;20;01
Woody Paige
When you're like this I, I really think it's good. I think you should get more challenges. So is two enough?
00;41;20;04 - 00;41;21;06
Ron Zappolo
I don't know, but then it.
00;41;21;06 - 00;41;25;19
Tom Green
Sounds like Warren Schaefer said his team hadn't really discussed how to use the challenge. Shouldn't they.
00;41;25;19 - 00;41;26;18
Ron Zappolo
Be discussing?
00;41;26;20 - 00;41;30;07
Tom Green
I think every other team has. So they should as well have a have a bit of a plan.
00;41;30;07 - 00;41;34;28
Ron Zappolo
Don't use a challenge early in the game unless the bases are loaded.
00;41;35;05 - 00;41;36;14
Woody Paige
Well, why would you do that?
00;41;36;14 - 00;41;38;06
Ron Zappolo
And I've seen guys do it.
00;41;38;09 - 00;41;39;02
Tom Green
I see you can't.
00;41;39;02 - 00;41;41;14
Ron Zappolo
Help them say they can't help yourselves.
00;41;41;16 - 00;41;53;14
Woody Paige
That's how it was three and one the other night. And I said, and you're asking for a challenge here. I mean, it's the second inning and you're asking for a challenge. Wouldn't you save that for me? And it's like a challenge.
00;41;53;14 - 00;42;04;05
Ron Zappolo
I saw Wilson at first base challenge a play over the weekend, and I like his attitude because the ball was off the plate. He immediately went like that and he ran to first base.
00;42;04;09 - 00;42;05;17
Tom Green
Take his cigar.
00;42;05;18 - 00;42;11;01
Ron Zappolo
I'm not even worried that it's going to be overturned. And he fired his elbow guard. Like, I know that.
00;42;11;05 - 00;42;14;01
Tom Green
He's also got a little bit of an issue with the Milwaukee Brewers.
00;42;14;02 - 00;42;20;20
Ron Zappolo
Interesting. Last night as a Red Sox fan watching the game. So he gets hit for the 24th time. And this is an interesting.
00;42;20;20 - 00;42;21;14
Tom Green
By the Brewers.
00;42;21;14 - 00;42;43;21
Ron Zappolo
By the Brewers. No player in baseball has been hit more times by a single team than Wilson Contreras by the Brewers. And Brandon Woodruff hit him, and it's like the sixth or seventh time that would have hit him. And Contreras reminded me of Don Baylor. Yeah, he got pissed. He walked to first base. There was a ground ball at his second.
00;42;43;24 - 00;42;55;09
Ron Zappolo
He knocked the shortstop into center field. The Milwaukee manager, Pat Murphy, who's a great manager, came out to argue, but they replayed the play. It was a clean slide. But he did go up with this wasn't.
00;42;55;10 - 00;42;55;24
Tom Green
Michael.
00;42;55;24 - 00;43;10;07
Ron Zappolo
McRae. It was not, you know how McRae. But it reminded me of Baylor who said, you want to hit me? Go ahead and hit me. Because the next guy that hits a ground ball, I'm going to kill the second baseman says it.
00;43;10;07 - 00;43;12;21
Woody Paige
And it was choking somebody out. Yeah, I'm taking something.
00;43;12;21 - 00;43;21;13
Ron Zappolo
They even said after the game, he goes, they've hit me 24 times. I got to tell you, we're playing him two more times. If they hit me again, I'm taking somebody down.
00;43;21;13 - 00;43;22;27
Tom Green
Yeah, well, you got to see that.
00;43;23;03 - 00;43;23;21
Ron Zappolo
Yes.
00;43;23;21 - 00;43;41;03
Woody Paige
That cookie. I think there's been a carryover from World Baseball Classic that that had an energetic field. It doesn't have early in the season. And I think the more and more Latino players they are who play with an exuberance that.
00;43;41;05 - 00;43;42;11
Ron Zappolo
They play with the joy.
00;43;42;14 - 00;43;46;17
Woody Paige
Yeah, that they want to be out there and they want it. They want it to be.
00;43;46;17 - 00;43;49;25
Tom Green
But they always get told they're hot dog in it. They're they're making it.
00;43;49;25 - 00;44;08;22
Woody Paige
Well, that's what that's what a guy that went to junior college I that's bothered me over the years that forgive me a white guy who played high school ball. And he's there and he says, man, they're just showboating and era, well, why don't you be good enough to hit a curveball? So you can chill?
00;44;08;24 - 00;44;09;06
Speaker 3
Okay.
00;44;09;07 - 00;44;25;04
Woody Paige
My God, it always bothered me. I just I love the game of baseball. I loved it when I went to Cuba and watched them. And I look at a game and I go, this is a five hour game and nobody cares that it survived our game because we're having fun.
00;44;25;04 - 00;44;26;24
Tom Green
It's enjoyable to be here.
00;44;26;28 - 00;44;47;16
Ron Zappolo
You know what is great about baseball? And this is from an old guys perspective. But I love the fact when there's baseball that I know at 5:00 I can sit down, turn on the TV and I can forget about everything else. How much I paid for a wedding, what's going on around me with the president that I can just immerse myself?
00;44;47;16 - 00;45;07;20
Tom Green
So I did years of morning TV, and then I'd work the afternoons at nine. And now, with nothing to do most of the time, I've always felt Major League Baseball should, as a rule in their scheduling, always have at least one game on in the daytime. I agree, every day I agree because I'll watch. I'll watch the A's play the Royals, I'll watch,
00;45;07;23 - 00;45;14;29
Ron Zappolo
You know, I think Tom in general, I think major league teams don't schedule enough date games.
00;45;14;29 - 00;45;20;00
Woody Paige
Well, and the Cubs were responsible for that for.
00;45;20;02 - 00;45;20;20
Speaker 3
Yeah.
00;45;20;26 - 00;45;33;10
Woody Paige
Wrong period. Because whatever you might be doing, you could say, well let's turn the Cubs game. Yeah, yeah. And they kind of got away from that. And I, I'd like I'd like to see that happen.
00;45;33;11 - 00;45;46;26
Tom Green
It could also put them on the lead of Sports Center in the afternoon because you might have a triple play, a no hitter, a guy going over the wall making a catch, some highlight. Otherwise the A's Royals game is in the C.
00;45;46;26 - 00;46;14;20
Woody Paige
21 it because when they play in the afternoon they they draw 4000 right. Even though they all now it's 15,000. But I think you guys are right. I remember coming from Memphis to Colorado for my first job out here driving in a car. And I said, well, I'll, I'll drive about half way from Memphis, to Tulsa or someplace.
00;46;14;23 - 00;46;26;07
Woody Paige
There were baseball games on the radio. Yeah, I drove all the way because you could. That was there was nothing like baseball on the radio because you could, you were forced to imagine.
00;46;26;08 - 00;46;29;07
Ron Zappolo
Baseball is the best sport on the radio.
00;46;29;07 - 00;46;56;13
Woody Paige
So, yeah, they need to think about. I think baseball has done an incredible job with the pitch count, seconds clock in and making it where more guys can hit because you don't have a, a fixed interval, stuff like that. But I think I get they were America's pastime. They were the number one game. They, they lost years and years ago.
00;46;56;16 - 00;47;04;14
Woody Paige
They've slipped even to third by NBA. Yeah. So I think that they just need to continue maybe figuring out this robot.
00;47;04;14 - 00;47;06;04
Tom Green
Or else they'll end up like horse racing.
00;47;06;04 - 00;47;09;05
Ron Zappolo
They're trying I'm going to give them that. They're trying. Yeah they are trying.
00;47;09;06 - 00;47;36;21
Woody Paige
They're getting in the right direction. And they could really have a resurgence. But here's the end of that story. If you allow Dick, the Dick and a few other owners that they screw up this and there is a strike next year, beginning the year. And what the rumors are, or the belief is that that could last a long time because it's going to be based totally on salary cap.
00;47;36;22 - 00;47;52;19
Woody Paige
Right? That that could go through a season that could just destroy whatever real momentum that you have in baseball going now, you don't want to do that. So you don't want Dick Monfort, who screwed up this franchise to. And he's going to be he's going to be in that room.
00;47;52;19 - 00;47;56;08
Ron Zappolo
But this way, Woody, they just came off one of the best World Series they've ever.
00;47;56;08 - 00;47;56;27
Tom Green
Oh man.
00;47;57;00 - 00;48;11;22
Ron Zappolo
Okay. They had a remarkably successful World Baseball Classic. They're probably going to have a good regular season. And if they decide to shut the game down for a significant length of time, the hell with it.
00;48;11;22 - 00;48;13;18
Tom Green
Yeah, the hell with them. Train keeps moving.
00;48;13;21 - 00;48;25;21
Ron Zappolo
Hey, but one more thing about day games. There's people under the age of 50 wouldn't even understand that. We all grew up watching the World Series during the day.
00;48;25;23 - 00;48;26;01
Tom Green
And.
00;48;26;01 - 00;48;37;29
Ron Zappolo
Here's another thing I know TV runs everything and I'm not going to bless TV. TV gave me everything I have. Would it kill television to have a Saturday afternoon World Series game.
00;48;38;02 - 00;48;42;17
Tom Green
Or even a Wednesday? I mean, you know, I mean, you're going to get lower numbers, you're going to get all.
00;48;42;19 - 00;48;44;04
Ron Zappolo
Lower numbers, but you got.
00;48;44;04 - 00;48;45;07
Tom Green
To feel great.
00;48;45;07 - 00;48;52;06
Ron Zappolo
It would not only feel great, you would get young people maybe that are big little kids love baseball.
00;48;52;06 - 00;48;59;25
Tom Green
How many times do you remember your highlights of those games as a kid? Is Lou Piniella fighting the Suns because the Suns.
00;48;59;29 - 00;49;04;28
Ron Zappolo
Out of October. Yeah. And the ball goes in. Yeah. It's just an amazing.
00;49;05;00 - 00;49;17;11
Woody Paige
Case watching the some pitching a no hitter a perfect game and going I got to get it I was school, I got to that's 56 ten years old. Yeah. I got to go to the school. I got to watch the end of this.
00;49;17;11 - 00;49;18;06
Tom Green
Yeah.
00;49;18;08 - 00;49;22;24
Woody Paige
Tell my teacher I'm sick. I'm. I'm sticking my thumb down by my throat to try and.
00;49;23;00 - 00;49;23;24
Tom Green
Crafty ten year.
00;49;23;24 - 00;49;38;04
Woody Paige
Old. And so I run home. I run like, a mile to my house. And my mother said, what are you doing home? I'm sick. I've been sick, and I'm had the teacher told me to come home and everything. Well, here, let me get you some soup. But I said I just need to live and so, so food. Look at the black and white dreams.
00;49;38;11 - 00;49;43;01
Ron Zappolo
Do you remember when I was a kid in school? Teachers would let us.
00;49;43;04 - 00;49;43;19
Tom Green
Oh, yeah.
00;49;43;19 - 00;49;48;06
Ron Zappolo
And a transistor radio. Yeah. And listen to the World Series.
00;49;48;06 - 00;49;50;17
Woody Paige
When was the last time you ever heard a transistor?
00;49;50;18 - 00;49;50;21
Ron Zappolo
It.
00;49;50;22 - 00;49;53;19
Tom Green
But I found one the other day. I found one the other day.
00;49;53;22 - 00;50;00;17
Woody Paige
I'm trying to remember that. See, the tie showed. No. No, nothing. You had to really turn the down to.
00;50;00;20 - 00;50;01;13
Natasha
Like, I don't know.
00;50;01;13 - 00;50;04;17
Ron Zappolo
You just look like the ever so slightly.
00;50;04;17 - 00;50;06;15
Natasha
I don't know if I'm bad, but if.
00;50;06;20 - 00;50;08;09
Tom Green
Yeah, if you move this move, you had to.
00;50;08;09 - 00;50;13;05
Ron Zappolo
Change the to another thing. That's a two words transistor radio quickly.
00;50;13;05 - 00;50;25;08
Natasha
Just because it's so on topic and it's a hot topic. And I have a feeling it'll piss you guys off as it is. Everyone else, have you seen this poor sweet old Dodgers fan? You want to talk about old school baseball? Nobody knows a.
00;50;25;08 - 00;50;26;13
Tom Green
Los Angeles fan.
00;50;26;16 - 00;50;29;12
Natasha
Yes. And his season tickets debacle.
00;50;29;15 - 00;50;30;27
Tom Green
Oh, he wants them printed.
00;50;30;27 - 00;50;31;13
Natasha
Yeah, for.
00;50;31;13 - 00;50;31;23
Ron Zappolo
30.
00;50;31;27 - 00;50;35;09
Natasha
Years, he's a season ticket holder, and they won't friggin print tickets.
00;50;35;09 - 00;50;36;09
Ron Zappolo
They won't print his ticket.
00;50;36;10 - 00;50;54;20
Natasha
And what? But to make it worse, though, because the idea is, oh, we've gone completely digital. Okay. He's 80. He has a flip phone in general. You shouldn't be forced to do that. My family often talks about it. That is kind of sad that you don't get tickets anymore. But he figured out that if you go up and buy De ticket from the ticket office, they give you a physical ticket.
00;50;54;20 - 00;50;56;13
Natasha
So it's like, well, why? And this is.
00;50;56;16 - 00;51;00;11
Ron Zappolo
Torture. You want to know why? It's sad that they don't print tickets anymore.
00;51;00;14 - 00;51;01;12
Tom Green
So we used to have all our.
00;51;01;13 - 00;51;09;18
Ron Zappolo
Because there was a time when I stood up, I've got some ticket, I've got tickets that are in my office that are 50.
00;51;09;18 - 00;51;13;00
Tom Green
Years old. So I Foghat at the Comic Arena, you know.
00;51;13;02 - 00;51;13;18
Speaker 3
All those great.
00;51;13;18 - 00;51;17;03
Natasha
Dad has like from the 60s while games, all of them.
00;51;17;03 - 00;51;37;04
Woody Paige
And yeah, I told you because I kept all of my press passes, I said, yeah, and I'm going to give them to my daughter, leave them to my daughter. And she really wants them because I said, you could sell these because I've taken them to the guys collectors on Broadway here. Bills.
00;51;37;04 - 00;51;38;12
Tom Green
Bills, bill. Visas. Yeah.
00;51;38;14 - 00;51;53;09
Woody Paige
He said, man, do you know what the most valuable tickets, the press passes which translate to like tickets, most valuable media passes. I have our two heavyweight championship divides.
00;51;53;11 - 00;51;55;03
Tom Green
Those are a thing of the past two.
00;51;55;05 - 00;51;56;11
Ron Zappolo
Yeah. The heavyweight.
00;51;56;11 - 00;51;56;25
Tom Green
Champion.
00;51;56;25 - 00;52;07;22
Woody Paige
Having another big one is when the horse races, Triple Crown. Yeah. And people get a big brown or somebody that that wins all three races.
00;52;07;24 - 00;52;11;02
Tom Green
Those 273 Belmont probably has as some weight.
00;52;11;02 - 00;52;12;01
Woody Paige
For such a good.
00;52;12;02 - 00;52;22;25
Tom Green
Period. Hey, right behind Woody. What do you got to lean to your right a little bit. We can check the chalkboard. It says Tom. Ron and I are often mistaken for people who know something about sport. It's a that's a high.
00;52;22;28 - 00;52;23;23
Ron Zappolo
That's for damn sure.
00;52;23;24 - 00;52;25;18
Woody Paige
That happened to me yesterday.
00;52;25;21 - 00;52;26;08
Speaker 3
I think.
00;52;26;12 - 00;52;29;02
Natasha
It also just any sentence at something nobody in.
00;52;29;04 - 00;52;29;10
Woody Paige
This.
00;52;29;11 - 00;52;29;24
Tom Green
Room.
00;52;29;27 - 00;52;33;00
Woody Paige
Didn't you used to know something about.
00;52;33;00 - 00;52;34;08
Ron Zappolo
Guys these good.
00;52;34;11 - 00;52;34;14
Tom Green
I.
00;52;34;14 - 00;52;35;28
Ron Zappolo
Care something about some I.
00;52;35;28 - 00;52;43;01
Tom Green
Might have, but I can't remember that. Hey, that's going to wrap it up next week. We'll talk about who I slipped the green jacket on, at the Masters.
00;52;43;01 - 00;52;43;13
Ron Zappolo
Or something.
00;52;43;13 - 00;52;44;27
Speaker 3
Else.
00;52;44;29 - 00;52;46;09
Ron Zappolo
Who I slipped.
00;52;46;11 - 00;52;55;07
Tom Green
Who I just slip on. You can always reach us at eight at Gorilla Sports dot net. Thanks for tuning in this week. We'll see you again next week. Right here.
